i think part of th eproblem would be that I end up turning off animations when mindlessly grinding on a dlc whiel watchign tv.

Would hate to waste them when I don't even get to see their skins, and thus don't use them.  BUT then I end up being leveled up easily for said level and thus don't use them during the levels and want to save them for later.  But as I said I end up getting like Silver and so on by the time I would need to upgrade from iron weapons.

This playthrough I'm going to use them regardless if bronze would do the work.  Of course I still won't waste them when I have animations turned off though.  

^I believe most of the weapons can be obtained from spotpass character's shops so don't be afraid of wasting em. In a new playthrough they'll make things much easier, atleast they did for me.

Yea i know, and you get them allt he time in those event spots in DLC levels.  

The spot pass lets you have like all the top items besides legendary from the get go as long as you have the money.  

^Then use the character weapons!

Oh, and while grinding, give Lief's Blades to all who can wield it. You'll be surprised how fast those Bullions will add up!

They are good to collect and use mid game as a way to save money (if your like me and spend all my monies on secert shops).

With weapon rank A named items I stick them to those with Armshift and never worry again, with others I use them until they are low and Hammerne them afterwards.

Astra + Lethality + speed (x2 strike) + brave weapon = 20x chance at Lethality?

Skills won't activate within skills.

Plus having 2 offensive activation skills = waste of a skill slot.
