I'm thinking about making a FE:A music video.

Thinking about making a weekly thread thing about the best blank x blank character FE relationships/support conversations some weeks after the Europe launch. I'll tag it as spoilers probably.

Should each week focus on a male or female character? I'm starting with Male/Female Avatar the first week regardless.

Will probably provide a link to the support conversations to keep it fair (so that a "what I chose is the best" scenario doesn't happen").

I'm going through with the video thing. Not sure if I just want the use the animated cutscenes, or if a few gameplay clips should be sprinkled in...

...but I have a song chosen. A rockin' song about love (and war) for a rockin' game about love (and war).

EDIT: As of right now, I can say this video is going to be epic.

Someone hold me. I spent an hour trying to find a way to upload a 720p video to YouTube when the obvious solution was staring me in the face the entire time. >_

What is your video editor program?

What is it Windows Movie Maker?  As long as isn't Live then its not that bad for being a free program, hell I used it for most my videos until recently.

And that's the catch, no?

At least Live has a couple apparent advantages for me right now. One: I know how to use it. It's probably been three years since I've last made a video (a shame, really - my old YouTube account was great), so easing back into the practice is not a bad idea. Two: As it turns out, it does have an option that lets me save the video at 720p at upload it to YouTube (which I can't believe I didn't even consider).

But if it still doesn't turn out remotely well, I might just download the good version of Movie Maker and start over.

Yeah WMM 5/6 were the best versions, the hard part is getting a Vista program working on a windows 7/8.

Plus you have to download a specfic seperate file to render above 480p videos.  I could try and locate it if you need me to.

That will depend on how good/bad the video actually turns out. If bad, then yes. I'm going to need help. I'll be fine with "remotely decent" though.
