No no no, the thing to do is class-action suit the game publishers, not GameStop. It's their greed that's really responsible for this.

The games should have a 'require online pass' on their cover box and Gamestop should educate their customers.

at my gamestop they got rid of the PS2 section altogether(and right when I found Shin Megami Tensie: Nocturne for $10)
