Boy, that's a lot of shooters. Too bad I don't really like shooters. :( However, I'm really hyped for KZ2 and RFOM2, and I'll probably get them eventually. It's times like these when the graphics whore in me comes out, and I waste tons of money on games I won't finish. Hell, I'm still level 1 in the PC version of Oblivion. :P

 Anyways looking at the newogaf thread, people are saying surfer girl was right. I want to put my foot down and say this is actually a re-announcemen. Ted Price confirmed the game's existance December 2006.

I loved the first one.  It was one of my best FPS experiences ever.  It is not the best FPS games that I played this gen but what this launch game showed me was great fun.  Can't wait for the second one.

^thats why it mostly amazed me it was a launch game and it was awesome.

It's amazing that 6.5 million people were duped into buying such a disappointing game in less than 4 months.

I know *I* have a really great time whenever I pull an all-nighter with the other guys at those Wii Sports parties. Oh, wait... we don't have those... we have Halo 3 parties. What's wrong with us?

By the way, we really like the Wii at our house and we do play it on a regular basis. Legend of Zelda is a great game and for family get-togethers we love to play Rabbids 2, Wii Sports, and Wii Carnival. But for hardcore FPS gaming there just isn't any way to beat Halo 3. 

So, if Resistance 2 ends up being another Halo 3, then that would be great for PS3 gamers who long for good FPS titles.

The last ten years Insomniac never dissapointed me so I have a great hope for this game ^^''.

I think Assasins's Creed was the biggest dissapointment this year that people BOUGHT. Before someone say 'No it is L.A.I.R' I am talking about the games that people bought ^^''.

well actually the biggest jump of games on the same platform has to RE3 to RE4 on gc

 I'm going to assume you mean a good exclusive FPS cause COD4 is one of the best shooters ever.
