I just arrived at the Central Factory. There are some mean mehon, I guess I have to level up at least 3 level until I can proceed this way :/.

I planned to finish the game this weekend but I got distracted by friends, Beer, and the Avengers (you should watch it´s awesome). And I planned to complete Zelda Skyword Sword didn´t make it either(this game is killing me I´am playing it for 6 months and it is so damn boring).

Yeah, you've still got a few areas to go, and a fair number of plot twists. I'd be at least 61 it that area, that should be doable, if hard! How did you like the previous boss fight BTW? Y' Know...Gadolt...I really liked the fight. It was pretty cool! Shame more fights aren't like it.

I'd like to watch the Avengers, seems pretty cool....but that's getting sidetracked. What's wrong with SS BTW? If you don't like it, don't play it...

@Conegamer
are the latest numbers for real?
Also you claim the game is still selling well in Europe?

Until you've played it, every game is a system seller!

I´am already lvl. 63 but I have a pretty "weak" squad for this area I wan´t to gain affinity between my crewmembers. I want to do some Sidequests anyway.

Avengers is Awesome I´ll watch it again on Thursday. I have played all Zelda games since Ocarina of time and Ocarina, Twillight Princess, and Majoras are three of my favourite games of all. I had so many beatiful moments with franchise, so I feel obliged to finish it.

Yes, the latest numbers are 'for real'

Well, at least according to VGChartz, anyway...

Also, I've been following sales in Europe since the launch in Japan, and subtracting the old sales from the new ones to get the new sales. And they've certainly increased as of late!

You should have been using Melia when I was telling you to, building affinity Doing sidequests is advisable, definitely. Try and focus on stuff in the Mechonis, Colony 6 and any quest which have a timer on, which is...well...pretty much half the quests out there...

My main point about Zelda wasn't why you felt like you needed to finish it, but why you don't like it. I love the Zelda series as a whole, and I think that SS is possibly the best yet! Personal opinion, of course

It´s not that I can´t beat the enemies in the factory. But playing with Shulk Sharla and Reyne/Dunban gets boring. The game loses its charme if you only play with the same characters. And since I got Fiora I want to gain affinity between her and the other Crewmembers. I was playing with Melia Shulk and Fiora, and the oponents were just too strong for this troop. Btw. how do I give gifts? couldn´t find it anywhere in the manual.

About Skyword Sword. It has lost its charme. The enviroment designs are poor, altough the graphics are very good for a wii game. The has absolutely no atmosphere, and there are almost no Sidequests, and the motion controls suck.

Extremely late to the party here but after having invested 30+ hours in Xenoblade I have to say that the game is GREAT!. Yes it requires a large time investment. Yes it might just suffer a bit technically from being on the Wii but you know what? That just doesn't matter. It's a game I look forward to playing after a day's work and it has an action battle system that I actually wanted to learn rather than mash buttons and hope for the best. LOL

Don't worry, we're only in week 4! There's still a lot of partying left to do! Glad to hear you're enjoying it!

And I agree, it doesn't matter what the hardware is. The fact is, it looks great for the Wii, and the looks don't matter anyway. It's how the game plays.

After 30 hours, where abouts are you? Eryth? That'd be my guess, but I'm not sure...

Nah, I'm pushing 50 hours now and I'm in the Nopon Village. I've done a ton of side quests  and a lot of just running around exploring and getting myself into trouble.

Well...I thought I went slowly when I hit 50 hours just before heading to Valak Mountain...

I must admit, in Bionis' Leg, just running around and getting into fights I had absolutely no chance of winning was pretty sweet, as was taking in the scenery...

I don't 'get' how people can hit 50 hours and finish the game. Makes no sense to me...

That's fair, I suppose. I'd recommend a team with the 3 girls, needed for a sidequest in Colony 9. Also, don't forget to give gifts! This spreadsheet tells you who likes what, and some achievements bounce off of this as well!

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/lv?hl=en_US&key=0Anx12MiCQejudHJfUWhOTGd5Wm1uS25ub2FDeE5BekE&hl=en_US&f=true&noheader=false&gid=2

Also, it shows you where the sidequests are, which can be useful!

Indeed, I won't be getting into a debate over Skyward Sword, but I have to disagree with all of your points. Especially the bolded.

Yes, let's not get sidetracked with Skyward Sword. Though it does have the best puzzles I've ever seen outside of a puzzle game...
Anyway, I'm nearing Prison Island. The story is getting very, very interesting.
