I can't read France correctly but I get that from the article.

- 42k units sold in first week.
- 66k units sold in first month.
- 117k games sold in first month (ratio: 1.8 games per console).
- 3DS is now selling better than the Vita (7000 for 3DS and 5000 for Vita in last week).
- PSP sold 80K during its 1st week.
- Lifetime sales for 3DS is 874k.

Why no Vgchartz tracking comment?
I know it's barely anything and irrelevant (17k over), but I'm sure that if it would have been under by the same ammount you would have branched it to the whole Europe by now.

I'm just waiting the VGC go online again to make my tracking comment ... I don't remember the last France numbers but I guess VGC is overtracking the PSV.

gamrconnect and VGC are on the same server/the same website, so yes.



When I access the www.vgchartz.com I receive the page with the message "VGChartz is currently under maintenance and will be down for a few hours, we apologise for the inconvenience." The others sites are online... gamrConnect.vgchartz.com, gamrReviews.com, etc.

Worse? Was it really expected to keep selling immediately after launch? I know it has a good launch line up, but it is still a rubbish games line up, there are about 3 that I want to play

Well it's behind most expectations from before launch here and has had a pretty poor launch... So yes it's doing even worsen than we imagined.

Its better than you imagined? You expected it to be this way?

I am becoming very depressed about the state of gaming and Sony... Apple is taking over the world, and seemingly runining gaming with iOS games.

The main thing is, I go into a store and see the Vita for £225 and then the PS3 with £190, what idiot would chose a Vita over a PS3? So you ar ejust limiting your audience to PS3 users (especially as you can't download stuff to the PC to get it on your Vita and the wi-fi turns of when you let the Vita sleep which is really annoying). So by limiting the audience, it just makes it harder to find people with £200 spare to spend on a portable games console, especially when many have iPhones
