Forums - General Discussion - I gotta fight a fat guy in a few hours. Goodbye. UPDATE: Never underestimate fat guys.

i suggest you arm yourself or get some mates to help you fight him. he has a huge advantage over you if you take him on in a fight. the bigger they are the harder they hit. your punches are unlikely to hurt him due to him being cushioned by his body fat.

the way for a smaller person to take on a bigger opponent is with a good sneaky surprise attack. if he lands a good hit on you, you are knocked out. there is a good reason light weight boxers never take on heavy weights.

anyway why are you fighting this guy? what is the fight over? i hope the fight is worth it. you will either get hurt or he gets hurt and either or both of you will be in trouble with the police.

Aiya do you even have a stances I suggest you use a boxing stances and dont move around so much during the fight otherwise you'll be the one to trier out and it'd work to his advantage.

Bet with gooch_destroyer, he wins if FFX and FFX-2 will be at $40 each for the vita. I win if it dont

I suggest that you don't fight the guy, but if you must... go for his eyes, throat, nose, ears, and knees. He won't have any fat there. Also, if you are in trouble, go for the groin. There is no honor or rules in a street fight.

Capsicum/pepper spray should be sprayed into his eyes. Then kick him in the balls and casually walk away as he is left in pain.

Actually, are you sure this dude can handle having his ass beat by someone who weights 100lbs. less than him? I'm sure you are familiar with what happens when dudes can't handle having their asses kicked, you'll be up on here asking how to handle 3 or 4 guys at a time next .

I wouldn't worry about any post-fight conflict. My opponent is a noble one. There's fights in my neighborhood all the time and there's a common rule that after the fight, all conflict is over. Sometimes, but not often, the parties will shake hands after the fight. Most of the time though, the parties just walk away still with an inner animosity, but there is peace. If he were to try to fight me again, he'd lose more respect in the community than he would if had just lost and forgot about it.

Well, I will have to move around so I don't get in a position for him to charge at me.

Grow up, don't fight, and be the better man. You're acting like a child. Real men don't solve problems with fists unless forced. You are not being forced. It's not about backing down, it's not about honor, it's about being smart. Only idiots choose to fight over trivial crap.

Well, I'm still in High School, so fighting isn't scorned upon for me yet so I should be fine. This is actually pretty normal for my age.

@ Chocoloco Alright dude, I don't know where I'm going to get the money to buy all that alcohol, but I'll figure something out. LOL. I won't dissapoint you VGChartz.

I really, really hope you're not seriously going to get drunk first.

Alcohol is a depressant, it slows down your reaction speeds and reduces your co-ordination. Fighting drunk is a terrible idea.

My advice: Man up and apologize.

I don't think you understand the meaning of the phrase 'man up'.

And it's a well-known fact that alcohol hinders your senses. This means that I'll be able to absorb powerful blows without being affected much. I wouldn't worry too much about reaction speed, as I'm going to be pro-active not re-active. As for the loss of coordination, I'll be training to stay coordinated while drunk over the next few days.

You're either joking or stupid. I can't decide which.

Yeah, I don't drink at all (too young). I was just messing around with my dude Chocoloco.

@ Mummelman: I'm no expert in fighting but I believe that upper body strength is beneficial in a fight. I could be wrong though.

Pffft, you're going to get your ass whooped. But hey, at least you will keep your honour.

It is on a Saturday and a non-school day. Do a no show and save yourself from getting a beating. So what you will be regarded as a coward but that guy is 100 pounds bigger than you.

Self preservation is more important than your personal pride or honour.
