'Sigh' - I knew I shouldn't get too excited about playing on launch day.

I would like to say that this single-player release is worse than a half dozen MMOs I have seen. That is just how incompetent those fuckers are. I hope someone ends up without a job, someone high up, whoever had the absolutely fucking moronic idea of having to sign in to play single-player. They don't deserve my money.

Edit: I am taking bets on whether the pirates will get the superior versoin of the game out before Blizzard gets their shit together or not.

Don't you have to be signed in to Steam to play any of the games purchased from them? I know whenever I launch a game I got from Steam it always logs me into Steam first before I can play.

There is this magical thing called Offline Mode. Let's you play without an internet connection.

The thread on Battle.net is at 5000+ replies and it's growing faster than anyone can read.

I am glad so many of you guys are beta testing the game while some of us are hard at work ;)
PS : I think they should give a bonus to the guy that came up with the DRM just because he managed to annoy Vlad..

Never knew about this "magical" mode - I guess if I ever play offline (which I never have) I'll try it.

So I couldn't play last night because the launch was PDT and now I can't play after work because of maintenance...
