The point is that it lives on.  What could possibly go through your head to make you think that it's okay to lock a thread because you and a few others lost interest?  all you have to do is stop returning to said thread.  You don't need to campaign for something that would ruin it for us all.  

The question mark implies I was looking for a response that I didn't know yet. I was trying to see if everyone felt that way, clearly the answer is no.

If I felt the show had no chance I would just stop posting, yes.

But even if we all did agree to lock it, I don't see how that's a proper solution.  What if someone else comes along and wants to discuss it?  what if something happens down the line that we want to discuss it again?  It's not a troll thread, so why lock it down?  It just seems like, in a roundabout way, it's likened to killing your ex becuase you break up.  It's just a majorly unneeded extreme.

They should just make a full anime for the MLP series.

The only thing that bothers me about this is if you're going to humanize, you might as well go whole-hog and humanize. These hybrids look... weird. Just give 'em human skin tones, and you can keep the multicolor hair.
