Supposedly she was in the background at the very end of "Magical Duel."

No evidence, just the fact she hasn't shown up elsewhere. Duel was meant to be an S2 episode so inconclusive.

If the policy was changed it would be for episodes animated after S2E14 was /aired/.

A television show we enjoy watching, and the art, music and games that have been inspired by it.

you know, I wouldn't mind Rule 34 if the characters just stuck to their actual attitudes and behavior.

Generally OoC is required to facilitate rule 34.

But i tend to find OoC bothersome in most any fan-created material (except humor). If they're the characters in name only, then why am i reading this?
