If i recall the episode correctly, they were initially hesitant to let Rarity do it at all, and it was only after the first dresses were done that they started getting picky.

Well yeah, she offered, and they were like "Well, I dunno, that's a lot of work, you really don't have to." and she insisted so hard that they let her. They came back, and when she showed it off, they were like "well, they're...okay, I guess." even though they were beutiful. So rarity was all "I poured my heart into these...so tell me, what do YOU want?" so they tell her, and they come out gaudy and horribly overdone, even though the others love it.

Another one of the Two Best Sisters Play videos is up. For some reason the visuals just make it way funnier than the original Two Best Friends videos. Watching Luna use her magic to shoot a shotgun at fish is just great.
