As for the first one I'm not actually sure any of the mane six would make great hostages, they are all have the potential to be incredibly difficult when they want to be.

Not just you, Mr Khan....the writers of the show have a thing for Flutterdash, too! In the final episide of season 2, they share a quick kiss! (nothing long, most might miss it, but it's there.) After the scene where all the fake Rainbow Dash's go to gang up on Fluttershy and the real dash saves her, Dash picks her up, and in one quick motion puckers her lips as she picks up fluttershy, and there's a disctinctly audible smooch sound. I didn't catch it till someone else pointed it out, but it's hard to deny.

I was the one who first brought that up in this thread, being the notorious Yuri fanboy that I am, though ironically i didn't notice it the first time i saw it. But yeah, it's not properly animated, but there's definitely a kiss of some sort going on there

I read somewhere that an animator said it was supposed to be a sound effect for Fluttershy being pulled off the ground. Also, Dash never kisses Fluttershy because her mouth doesn't move. That's my story and I'm sticking with it!

I quoted you, Mr Khan, because of the multi quote thing (assuming you mean what I think you mean). When I quote multiple people, I open up a new tab with the other post I want to quote. I click on the dashed outer line surrounding the quote box, and copy it. Then I paste it into the current post and type out my response. So I end up with this...
