According to various ranking polls of Ponychan, it was the least liked episode by far, because it wasn't written as a pony episode.
Rainbow's character was bad, her friends' reaction (not to tell her but to humiliate her) was wrong, she never learned the real lesson because of how the show was set out. But also structural flaws, the shown stroller+baby, crane, dam and so on did not fit with the established pony world at all.
If you liked it, I would say you won't find a bad episode in S2.
I basically have undying hatred for the writer of MMDW, PYHD and HWE.

well, i actually didn't like it very much, but I didn't want to hurt anyone's feelings. I mean, it was an okay episode, but the way RD acted ruined it for me.

Don't be such a push over! Just because Soleron is being critical of an episode you somewhat liked doesn't mean you have to go around changing your opinion. Opinions are waht makes us all unique. Even though the Mare do episode is too at the bottom of my list of episodes I liked, I still enjoyed it. My mane *chuckles* problem with the episode, as Soleron already stated, was how Ponyville was transformed into a world of disasters. It really was cliche of super hero movies saving the runaway bus and baby carriages etc.
Other than that, I think they did a wonderful job of depicting Rainbow Dash's overly competitive nature. She loves to be number one. We saw that she was competitive in the Iron Pony episode with AppleJack. Rainbow Dash hates losing, she loves the spotlight... this is all allured to in previous episodes. I don't think this episode made her character unlikable. I think it did a wonderful job reminding us just how competitive she can be. I love her character. And any competitive person can relate to it.
Could the episode have been better? Absolutely. But at the same time it got the message across.
