I played Civilization 3 & 4 many times at 10+ hours. Once you start a new civ you don't want to stop, you just want a few more turns...

Longest for me that I can recall was a 14 hour session on Final Fantasy 7.

Long session, I know it's not insanity like some of the people's listings here but I have one mega catch to my 14 hour session.

.....

I had bad diarrhoea at the time!

Amazed how long I managed to keep seated through that session!

34 Hours, TP, only stop 5 min every 12 hours for the human basic needs (Bathroom and a slice of pizza)...

Well there was a 3 day lan party, but we took small breaks. I remember sleeping for 2 hours on one day and 6 on the other. In the end I was looking like a hobo, scary drunk like eyes, nasty beard and smelly clothes (no one took a shower).
