So it is very likely. |
I would never think that developers weren`t making money. But either Wii U gives them a chance to make money or something will change.
That actually reminds me of Ubisoft: they say that the best time to try out and take chances is in the early stage of a console. If developers follow that idea we will probably see some new things on Wii U. Who knows, maybe TS4 will make it`s way to Wii U.

We, as gamers, will gain new and original games, finally.
It's not that there aren't any sport games, in fact there are almost the same games now that before. It's just that they have lost the attention of the media. In the PS2 era each year we had the same debates: FIFA vs PRO and NBALive vs NBA2K. Fifa and Pro are still here and the discussion is still going on... in Europe where they make most of its sales. But EA doesn't make any more NBALive so the other sports debate isn't happening any more. And that debate was mostly focused in USA where most of the media is. No debate => no media attention => apparently no new games. |
Yeah, diversity is key. A market that stays stale will lose customers. Even COD fans will become tired of playing the same thing with a different name.
I forgot to mention that not only sports game diminished but also sport related games like tony hawk or all those bmx, etc games.
EA stopped making them aswell as Sega and i think Midway had some sport games. Also, racing games. Besides GT and Forza i don`t recall racing games being great anymore.
This generation really belongs to shooters. Let`s hope things get more diversified next generation.
I'm not quoting your post because it was too damn big but are those Nintendo bees Ryan?
As for Black Ops 2 coming to anything at all, picture me barfing in disgust.

I'm on Twitter @DanneSandin!
Furthermore, I think VGChartz should add a "Like"-button.
That cradle is visible in the videos from last years E3. It allows you to have a menu placed near you like a real life HUD in a car or whatever... I think its pretty cool for various games. Leaves your hands free to control while you have that secondary screen on the table in front of you for a map or alien detector... etc

Have a video? I don't think I know what you are relating to.

Just the little stand that comes with Kid Icarus: Uprising. Not really related, just reminds me of it. To help with the pain factor of holding the 3DS with one hand. |
That's not the same thing.
This is a stand so you can have it on a table or whatever for a second screen and thus no need to open up a map or some other item to take you away from the game as well as keeping your hands on the controls.
