3DS 2012 in my opinion:

I would say it was a pretty good for software (quality-wise). I've bought who knows how many games for my 3DS. Here are some of the best titles this year:

There were other titles this year, but these IMO were the biggest and most important. Let's hope 2013 is better year. Which already seems that way already. ;)

Mr. spurgeon, I couldn't help but notice that BioHazard: The Mercenaries 3D was listed for a 12/13 release in Japan...
Now I could be wrong, but I thought this game was released around the world in the summer of 2011...
Am I mistaken???
Or does its inclusion on this list imply it is getting an eShop release???

The March release dates has Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon, Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate, and Castlevania: Mirror of Fate. Of course there is no confirmation of Luigi's Mansion in NA for March, but it is coming out in March for Europe so I expect it to be release at the same time. So in all, that's three noticable 3DS releases for Feburary and March. I'm buying 5 out of those 6. My wallet shall cry, but my 3DS will be happy.

Kingdom Hearts 3D has sold a million, with nearly 500k in North America and is close to outselling Birth By Sleep in North America as well.

Neglected this thread for the past few days but I am back. I will stick to this thread and post articles I find that haven't been posted in here. I'm sick of the individual Nintendo news articles threads considering there are certain users that always pop up there with nothing but hate. I must stick to only here and general discussion or I will eventually be banned.

Looks like Fire Emblem, Luigi's Mansion, Paper Mario (don't have yet), and eshop games will have to hold me till Animal Crossing is released.  On the wiki page it says Q1/Q2 for NA so I assume that late spring would be the earliest one can expect it for NA.  That should carry the 3DS during the slower summer months and help during the holiday season with a bundle.  3DS is looking like it is setting up pretty good for next year.  Still up in the air about MH3 Ultimate.  3DS version won't have online play will it?

No online play last I read :(

Still, the first quarter is looking solid as a rock for 3DS owners. March alone might rank as one of the best ever months for Nintendo, when 3DS and Wii U games are combined.
