Hey, you guys wanna get hopeful awesome news? Yeeeaaa of course you do!!

Project X Zone Could See A Western Release Yet

Keep those fingers crossed

Tekken boss is pushing for localisation

We're all painfully aware that Project X Zone is looking pretty sweet right now. It's always been an outside bet for release outside of Japan though; the fact that its prequel Namco × Capcom never got released in the West doesn't exactly inspire confidence.

However, the chances of the game making it to these shores have risen a little, thanks to the efforts of Tekken supremo Katsuhiro Harada. He tweeted:

I proposed localization of Project X Zone.

After the predictable flood of positive tweets from his followers, he cautiously added:

Not decided yet, but It will be realized if I continue proposing.

Given Harada-San's stature within Namco Bandai, it's definitely a positive thing that he's pushing for a worldwide release. Nothing is certain yet, but this is a good start.

Project X Zone is due for release in Japan on 11th October.

ANd this is... A little less awesome news:

"Amateurish", Say Kotaku

Cheap and nasty?

Hands-on time reveals potential issue

Kotaku's Brian Ashcraft has voiced his opinion on the Wii U Pro Controller, and it's not pretty.

Ashcraft has stated in no uncertain terms that he "hates" the pad, which bares a strong resemblance to the Xbox 360 controller.

He said:

The Wii U Controller...feels, well, cheap. There's a nice gloss coating, but in the hand, it's as though you can snap the Wii U Pro Controller in half. I don't think you can snap it (obviously), but it hardly feels like a Nintendo-made, prime controller for the Wii U. The buttons are not clicky, but mushy, and the whole affair feels, well, uninspired. It's not a premium product. They can call it the pro controller, but it feels amateurish to me.

That's fine and dandy—that is, until you realize games like Bayonetta 2 are Wii U-bound.

Ashcraft has enjoyed extensive hands-on time with the pad at the recent Tokyo Game Show, and as such is perfectly placed to pass judgment on the pad. But do you think he's being a little harsh? Has his opinion dented your faith in the Wii U Pro Controller, or will you be buying one regardless? Let us know in the comments section.

@Spurge: Let help you out my fellow hyrule adventurer. I'll get back to you on your bomb-the-wall-passage...

And proud member of the Mega Mario Movement!

I'm back and I hop you have a map. You're supose to be in the room with the bridge(s), I think that's the room when those diggers gave you a bomb bag if I remember correctly. the wall that you need to bomb that's on the upper right corner of the room, you will notice a suspicious crack right on the top of the lava. You bonb that spot and it will crack some more, bomb it again to expose the path completely...

Now that I checked out the youtube vid more closely, the map has a red X on it where you got to use the bombs...

Hope this helps, mate!

And really, this has become Zeldas big fault!! It really holds you by the hands the whole game through... Such a damn shame! Back in ye olden days (original Zelda for NES) you had an incomplete map and had no idea whatsoever where you were supposed to go!!

^ Zelda for NES was all about exploration: blow up walls (sometimes doors), burn bushes, find the correct way to get out of a maze.

I hope New Legend of Zelda brings some of this back. Even if the world map is smaller they can rearrange the dungeons like in the second run on Zelda NES and tough it up!

@spurge: Pay close attention to your surrounding. Hint, it's on the wall...

Exactly! It was all about exploration! You didn't know where to go, and there weren't a safe hub where you could hide at re-equipped :P

Yea, a new Zelda more aching to the original would be great!!
