I know it's a possibility, but my PS3 isn't connected to the Internet right now and it'd be quite tricky to connect it because my Wi-Fi signal is too weak and I can't move my PS3 to the same room as the Internet router.

Free is always good. Sounds like it'll only be downloadable through the Playstation Blog though.
