Do you know any site from which i can import the Japanese game? Cause i tried play.com and it said that they can't send it to European Countries |
Probably PSP and PS3 games only right? Same problem with Play Asia they're not allowed to ship any PSP / PS3 games consoles or Sony stuff to the European Union either, thanks to Sony Europe
I buy from a person on Ebay), who's not only cheaper with the games but also sells original games. If you wish to know the name PB me. I've checked stores in Japan like Himeya but they're far more expensive and very expensive with shipping. Another great tip is Neoamusement by the way. I bought my WII there. Yes Asia I don't recommend as two times happened games got lost. Lik Sang = rip.
Another store you have in the US is japanvideogames, but they're quite expensive is my opinion.
If others like Y-Koron-san have any tips about good, not all too expensive stores within Japan who can ship to Europe and sells also Weekly Famitsu, just let me know! Japanese only is not a problem.
At times I wish I lived in Japan *sigh* ![]()
@Li Mu Bai, wow really?! Can't argue with the Japanese, I've just seen another set of game screens from Weekly Famitsu on the Internet and the game is really like "drool". Besides I'm a huge Dragon Quest fan, bigger then Final Fantasy I can say, so really looking forward to play this game.

I expect about 100k week one sales for SPM, and then 80K for golden week. First day sales, on average, is about 70% of the whole week, not 50% for traditional games. Who knows, maybe the casuals/nongamers will pick this up over the weekends since it does have look like it might have wider appeal than the other Paper Marios(which were niche games).
Dragon Quest Swords is also in the top 10 in Amazon Japan already. That's...surprising.

Interesting to know that Mario vs Donkey Kong did 90k after a first day of 25k just last week, not really within the range of your statement is it?

Less for golden week? I would say more, because despite anything lately Mario in JPN=$$$. Even for a spin-off series like Paper Mario. Especially since this one harkens back to its roots much more so than any previous installment. Did you completely disregard my previous post regarding retailer pre-orders? Why then are you surprised by DQ:Swords spot on Amazon?

Don't feel like buying party game number 25 by the end of the year. |
I think it will do really well, and Im actually looking forward to it. I think the idea of playing any sort of "brain training" game on a TV - and with two (or more?) people playing at once, is pretty cool. I can see parents buying this to play with their kids, or keeping 2 kids happy (forcing) them to play it, etc.
Just like the DS - it will help drive the sales of the Wii, which in turn will bring more games (long term) to the console. Its a win-win situation. I can't wait for a couple of good RPG's - potentially with Wiimote control. DQ:Swords being one of them.
