What I don't understand is why this isn't on mobile OSs.

NVM, just realized its just not avail on Android 4.0 yet... only 2.1 through 2.3, 4.0 support on its way. :(

They only appear on social section where the avatar is you know... really odd, my account is from UK when i created it there was no XBL on Portugal so i did an UK account, I have all those apps and all. My game marketplace is different from the American since the new update they have things much more organized and we dont! at least i dont -.-

Now im in college and i only go home on weekends - Fridays (evening) - Sunday (Night). So probably things may have changed by now, i doubt though.

if its like the other tv apps on there than you can't buy it seperatly. Its based on wether you have HBPO on your current cable package, if you do you put in your account info and get access. If it works like the rest thats how it will be done.

If that's the way it is I'm seriously going to rage. I really hope they allow you to pay a monthly fee to use it like Netflix.

Nobody in my family has HBO either. Guess I'll never get to see shows like Game of Thrones unless Netflix gets a license from them (which won't happen because the management at HBO are retarded)

Ths is about as silly as the FiOS app. You only get it if you have HBO and it's pretty pointless if you do have HBO. If it is like the FiOS app it won't even be as good as normal HBO.

Yeah exactly. For being money grubbers these TV companies really miss out on some good ways to make cash. I would gladly pay around $10 a month to watch HBO shows.
