Try rolling a Salarian Infiltrator - with the viability of both Shield Drain and Tactical Cloak, you come to appreciate recharge a lot more. Now granted I'd still take a Widow of equal level over a Mantis any day, but Infiltrators (that aren't human) can make damn good use of their powers in this game.

I don't have the Salarian Infiltrator as well :-/. The packs have not been kind to me in that aspect. Heck, I'm still stuck with the Human variants in both Sentinel and Infiltrator.

Well, human Sentinels are the best at being Sentinels - I'm not a huge fan of the Turian one. Krogan sentinels are monsters, even though they don't play like Sentinels at all.

But oh man, Quarian and Salarian Infiltrators are monsters. Keep getting them packs and cross your fingers, they are so awesome.

Yeah that energy drain on the Salarian Infiltrator is just ridiculous. Go invise, destroy someone's shields with energy drain and then quickly headshot them for the kill.

Having 2 Salarian and 2 Quarian Infiltrators with good teamwork against Geth on gold would probably almost be easy.

it's sort of is, we've done one in about 34 minutes Gold, our first one, will post a pic up in a bit, that was a few nights ago. Did a few combinations as well and even managed to do a gold on cerberus, which was slightly easier I guess. But the fucking phantoms are insanely OP on gold, even with asari adept to stasis them.

First Gold we've done;

Got a bit excited, took a pic lol. Since then done about 5 more with same people just different class variations. Credits are NAICEEEE.

Classes; Quarian, Quarian, Human, Krogan

Disconnect and self destruct, one bullet a time.

i think that with bioware saying their will be some dlc which has to do with the ending and with the whole indoctrination theory which has proof.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZZOyeFvnhiI (a vid about the indoctrination theory)

the me3 ending could be epic after all. That is if this ending dlc is free and if it builds on the indoctrination theory

While I think there's a very slim chance that the DLC will be free (lol EA), if the ending was already planned and just cut out at the last hour due to the leaked scripts and such, Bioware could do such a thing.

Then again, they're owned by EA, so the chance is really slim to none

Reformulated my Infiltrator a bit:

- Swapped the Widow IV for the Mantis X, in preparation for the Viper X (it's already at VII)
- Using the Phalanx III as a Side-Arm (This thing packs a very mean punch and it's very light)
- That gives me a total of +110% Recharge Speed, which has allowed my Human Infiltrator to survive extremely tough situations on Silver (i.e - The entire team executed at Wave 10 and still being able to do the 4 Indoctrination thingies and won the round alone).

Edit - You people weren't kidding about how ridiculously OP the Quarian Infiltrator is against Geth xD. Finally got my hands on it and completely wiped the field in my first try on Silver at Firebase Giant (I hate that arena with a passion, everything is so frigging wide open and the arena itself is small as balls).

I just found out first hand (in my quest to get an achievement) the utter destruction that a human engineer can have with Overload versus the Geth. Had the Phalanx and a light SMG equipped and proceeded to get 73k points on Silver mostly due to using Overload every 3 seconds.

I think I'm going to have to find a Salarian Infiltrator and 2 Quarian Infiltrators and proceed to go do gold against the Geth.

Just beat the single player.
I don't really get the uproar about the ending.
Yes, it's surprising but what did people really expect ?

PS3-Xbox360 gap : 1.5 millions and going up in PS3 favor !

PS3-Wii gap : 20 millions and going down !

the ending has no closure, is filled with plot holes and makes no sense.

if the dlc for me3 shows that the ending was a halucination then its actually not bad, as its backed by proof and is quite interesting. But then bioware have to nail the ending after the hallucination, and since we actually got an unfinished game their will be uproar.

i know its quite confusing so watch this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZZOyeFvnhiI
