Forums - Gaming - Singleplayer separate from Multiplayer (a possible new trend beginning)

This is a tremendously bad idea. The attempts to atomize games through use of DLC is bad enough, but this would simply acknowledge to developers that part of their game is worth distinctly less than other parts (at the market's choosing), which would diminish the value of the whole. Game design needs to be approached organically, and should not parcel out games thus.

Sounds good as long as that means we don't have to trudge through the same maps in single, coop, and multiplayer. Put some effort in creating the best possible experience for each mode instead of re-using maps.

EA did something like this with there last fight night game.
