i think they misunderstood the word game, sure the iPhone wins the mini-games category, but not the games

Comparing vita a gaming machine, to a iPhone/iPad?

Have you seen someone play Red Dead Redemption on the iPad or on the iPhone before? It is ridiculous without buttons.

Do people expect to play $1 app games on a vita or full games like Uncharted? That is the question.

Apple Logic! Even at the RRP, you'd have to buy 10 3DS games to reach iPhone levels. Not all 3DS games are top price and not all iPhone games are 99 cents either.

This comparison is useless for gamers. We all know that.

There were a lot of PSP and DS casual owners last gen, where iPhone VS Vita/3DS is a real comparison they'll be making.

Why do people even compare a handheld console to a phone with games? they're two different things... and besides, if I had to pick between the games on android's market or iOS (or whatever it's called) and the games on handhelds like PlayStation Vita or Nintendo 3DS, I'd always pick the handhelds because the games are way better...
If I wanted something to make calls with, send text messages, take pictures, film videos, etc, I'd pick a smartphone.

By the way, I find it hard to play using touch screen only... Buttons are a necessity for me when I want to play something... I hate the lack of feedback, fingers covering the screen, the bad response times of touchscreen compared to buttons, etc. I wish my Galaxy SII had buttons :P

This is dumb thing to think about the iPhone can't distribute games the 3ds and Vita offer.

3DS doesn't win any category... seems legit.
