Co-op is great. If you leave your friend behind, they'll die. It's been a while since I played Mario Bros. Wii but I think we were all stuck together. Also, you don't bounce on your partner's head when you jump at the same time. You only interact with them if you purposely punch them or lift them over your head. Again, like NSBW, messing up will put you inside of a bubble and your partner has to get you out. That really helped because I'd go into a hazardous area while my partner stayed someplace safe. If I messed up, they'd pop the bubble and I'd try it again. It's an all around great game. I should try to play it online.

There's Online?

Just looked.  No online co-op.  My bad.

Like what? Everything is basically the same as in Mario or Sonic, just slower. Diving being the exception.

Being able to hover, riding a bee, powerful punching, ass stomping--that's all I got so far.  Every few stages, he gets a new power, though.  The real game is better paced than the demo (which I didn't really like).

You are easily impressed then. I should have known, because you basically buy everything you see, even if you never play or use it. Like Darth Vader for Soulcalibur IV.

I was seduced by the dark side of the Force!

was already cheap the day it came out from memory (was where I bought it anyway and it wasn't advertised as a special or nuthin')...

anyway great game - curious to see what the 3ds version is like

...hope it gets a sequel (alhough I guess since it's a prequel it already has!)

I hope that they come out with a sequel to this.

I'd buy it since I'm easily impressed.

Great news. I bought this new for 20$ and could not have been more pleased. It is highly playable and lots of Coop fun. I'm glad it's bringing in profit and do hope it becomes an evergreen. I even enjoyed it more than NSMBWii.
