It seems McLaren has a huge advantage with the harder compound, but Red Bull has a small advantage on the softer compound. I would say Webber for the pole, Hamilton for the race win.

Bugger, dissapointing Q2 knockout for Webber :/

Oh well, that was more or less as expected except for the good performance of Vettel, he wasn't that up on my predictions haha. Now we only need rain tomorrow.

Race predictions:

Vettel
Grosjean
Button

Hopefully Webber manages to finish in the top 7 so he doesn't drop behind too much in comparison too Alonso before the summer break.

Predictions:

1. Grosjean
2. Vettel
3. Alonso

DNF: Hulkenberg

Here lies the dearly departed Nintendomination Thread.

In the rain the Lotuses are going to drop like a sack of potatoes. Their downforce setup makes them aquaplane even on straights.

That being said I expect at least some points from the Mercs. They are not a top team but they aren't as bad as the Toro Rossos. They are probably running the most wet-focused setup of all.

It depends when it rains, and it's not really an overtaking track. I don't see Hamilton posing a threat, I think he'll drop away with Button as well. Alonso should claw places, as will Massa, and Schumacher.

If it rains halfway through, it's a lottery. I haven't seen qualifying, so I don't know where everyone is.

That it could be, but I don't see Grosjean or even Räikkönen holding onto the top spot when they are lapping 1-1.5 secs slower than the rest. Besides they have tyre warming issues when it's cold, so even if they hold on track, a pit pass is likely.

Of course it depends when it rains, as you said.
