That it could be, but I don't see Grosjean or even Räikkönen holding onto the top spot when they are lapping 1-1.5 secs slower than the rest. Besides they have tyre warming issues when it's cold, so even if they hold on track, a pit pass is likely.
Of course it depends when it rains, as you said.
