fight for freedom support anon

While I agree with the sentiment (government actions have been... questionable, to say the least), these kinds of actions do more harm than good. As a result of such attacks, the agencies have to keep stepping up security... and who pays? The tax payer. Shit like this also makes Congress more and more likely to push anti-Internet-freedom bills. It really is a lose-lose situation. The best way to take action is through the legitmate political process, and convincing others to support the movement. Actions like this do nothing but turn off the electorate to your cause. It's a slow process, but I'm guessing November will be a good month for our movement. |
Not really saying much about security when a little group of hackers shows a little online vulnerability? Better than an actual government like China? Right?

The security relating to these websites will have very little to do with the security relating to the stuff that China's after
i don't care because as long as they just shut down the internet presence of the cia and so on, they really do nothing right? it's not like this would really hurt the cia it just hurst people who want to go to the cia website to get informations there. so what is anonymous doing? hurting people like us but not the goverenment...
for example i used the site sometimes for imformations about some countries. they have a good section on the website about other countires economy and so on...

Nothing new... It's almost becoming a bore reading about them taking down every site they fix their eyes on.
