Is anyone out there having problems with this game online?

Everytime I try and join a game I get kicked out and an error message appears

The eshop works fine so it can't be my 3DS and all my other consoles/laptop are working so it can't be my router.

Anyone got any ideas what the problem could be?

I played online with Rol, Galaki, Cyberninja, and somebody else on Saturday. Had no problems jumping into a game and getting my ass beaten (the best I could muster was a 4 place with these guys. Couldn't do worse that third with anybody else.). Turned my 3DS off because my GF was bothering me. Tried to rejoin Rol and Cyber and it kept telling me to try again later. Not sure what the problem was unless my 3DS was too ashamed to go online. I wound up playing Street Fighter.

Normally the game should allow you to watch the races, if the group is already full and you get a spot as soon as one opens up. Looks like problems with MK7's online were common this past weekend.

But now for the real deal, because you have set your profile to private (I think we are friends, but I can't view it anyway): You must get Resident Evil: Revelations. You know that you cannot resist. And then we are going to kick some butt online.

Friends only--I'll send you a request.  I got RE today and I'm on act two.  As soon as I finish, we shall unleash hell!

this happens when i play in public places with weak signal ....do you have a password on your router and is the signal strenght good ...

My problem with MK7 online is that it's hard to beat Rol and Cyber without 7 blue shells throwing at them.

You could try going into your 3DS internet settings and setting your MTU to 1500. Default is at 1400 I believe. Made a huge difference to me, as before I couldn't get into a single online race at all, no matter how often I tried. Since then, I haven't had a single bit of difficulty.

Of course, this solution may not work for everyone, but it did for me.

Thanks for all the suggestions guys but nothing seems to work. I've been trying it since release day.

I get as far as 'Searching for players...' then an error comes up saying 'error code 006-0612

I haven't got another online game to test to see if it's a problem with my 3DS

Its really annoying as mario kart is one of about 4 games I ever play online.
