This is arguably the greatest game ever made in my opinion. I knew when I picked this up alongside my PS3 that it was going to be good, but I was honestly blown away. I just want to let you know that the game has a few downsides. You will drop out of school (declining grades), if you have one your girlfriend will dump you (lack of attention), you might die (lack of care to put food in your system), and upon leaving your house for the first time in a week (or however long it takes for you to beat the game), the sun is going to hurt like hell. Enjoy!

How is my comment trolling Sony? The last time i checked Metal Gear wasn't a Sony franchise.

Glad one more person gets to play this game. It remains my favorite game of all time. Funny thing is the only other one I had played at the time was MGS1, and never even completed it. So this game blew me away despite me knowing fairly little about the series, and nothing about 2 and 3. Feelings on the game are somewhat mixed, but i hope u like it. IMO it is a true masterpiece. Let us know what u think when ure done!

Enjoy it. It's rather good and you'll see that it was ahead of its time. It's also the only game I know that made good use of the six-axis function xD

You should play on hard from the first playtrough, otherwise it's no stealth at all. In terms of gameplay I think it's best they've made so far, in terms of story MGS1 and MGS3 are better.
