I have had sigs turned off pretty much since it was possible to do so, mainly because back in old VGChartz, I had a smaller monitor, a less optimised browser window (currently only have a thin tab bar and the url bar to take up vertical space) PLUS sigs were visible and I could still view twice as many posts at once than I can now.

Anyhow, here are a couple of gifs I remember. (plus I am mentioned in the OP for having remembered Racoons gif)
