This will affect their gaming division in some way but how?

It maybe that they will release a system that is of a less powerful leap next gen to sell cheaper and faster, it might be they hold off until the PS3 makes it's money back releasing the PS4 somewhere between next gen and next next gen as a stop gap console, or just miss the next gen altogether

I'm sure many here have their own ideas on what low profits mean for Sony gaming in the future, what's your opinion?

wow, since 2008...that sounds so...epic...it's like 4yrs and stuff.

I thought Sony was in the red for only 4 years. But I guess the person in the second clip said it has been 8 years since the last time they posted a profit.

Its sad that Sony as a whole hasnt made a cent of profit in 4 years. By comparison MS makes 5 billion profit every 3 months and Nintendo usually profits nicely.

Anyway.......I cant wait tomorrow for this quarterly report.

Captain Hindsight says they should have wasted less money on things like dodgy cell phones and sketchy PSP itterations that no-one wants.
