OK the thing runs in windowed mode for as far as I can tell, need to find out how to run that in full screen since it's not using my cross fire which is mighty ghetto.

hell yes that is awesome
that is the best looking real-time lighting and shadows I have ever seen, I want those shadows in games as soon as possible, I am sick of the butt ugly shadows that are used in games today. The subtle smooth penumbra on the edge of the shadows just so sexy. And the subtle play of the lighting is great as well, the single bounce real-time Global Illumination really adds to the realism of the scene.

It went into windowed mode? When I tried it, it automatically went full screen. In the demo folder check the "Sushi.ini" file. It should have "display.fullScreen = true" in there. You can also adjust your resolution there as well.
I have the same cards as you, 2 AMD 6950 2GB cards in crossfire w/unlocked shaders although I run mine at 900/1400 (core/mem) (AMD6970 is 880/1375). I'm pretty sure both my cards were in use as the temperature on both went up.
When I lowered the resolution to 1080P, I was in the 37-58 fps range (average in the 45-50 fps area).
When I ran at my native resolution 2560 x 1440 (Dell U2711 monitor), I was in the 22-37 fps range (average about 30fps).

Me since the games were revealed, the fanboys since E3."

The most I took from the vid was how fucking boring claymation must be.
