Have you tried the Nokia Lumia 710? By your requirements, it could be a good match. Otherwise the HTC Rader and Samsung Omnia W could also be for you.

I've heard these Nokia phones are very durable if you're into that.

You should buy Samsung phones only if you are looking for a high end one. Their low end phones are not good quality and they never get software updates.

Still if you are looking for an android phone, those phones listed are kinda old. At least wait a little bit till they drop in price. A few months tops.

Windows phones have enough apps. That shouldn't be a big issue. I don't see a must have WP7 phone though.

Could this be because youre looking for stand out features? Windows phone for the most part offers same excellent experience and ffeatures accross the entire range of devices.

I for one think that htc titan 2 that is coming out is a must have for my needs and wants. I played around with titan 1 at work and the fact its using a 4.7 inch screen and same resolution as all other phones is a big plus for me. Everything on that phone i massive...from tiles, to fonts and buttons, everything so pleasant to read with minimal eyestrain. For someone that stares at a monitor 8 hours a day, this is a very appealing feature. Looking at an iphone 4 icons afrer i played with the titan is like looking at an excel file after you look at a nice sunset picture lol

The fact it has LTE makes it a must buy for me.

I have the Galaxy S2 and it's really good.

It's only the second smartphone I've had in my life, the other was a Blackberry Bold 9700.


The downsides to the Galaxy are: It has no spellcheck/autocorrect, and if you double click the home button (even by accident) then it brings you to a voice command menu and a woman's voice says "What would you like to do" EVEN IF YOU HAVE THE FUCKING PHONE ON SILENT!!! You can turn off the annoying voice (which went off in class twice before i figured out how to turn it off) but you can't disable the voice command program from coming up.

Otherwise its really good though. That voice command thing was almost gamebreaking for me though, if I hadn't figured out how to disable the woman's voice then I would literally have gotten rid of the phone.

At first it was so cool theres a lady telling me i have a message AWESOME...

Then i go to the movies with this girl, and for some reason my parents kept phoning...FUCK ME THE DAM PHONE DIDNT WANA SHUT UP

And shes like err...cant you put it on silent...

Im like it is on silent!!!

Anyways they kept phoning and this darn thing kept telling "you received a message from *says entire number*" everytime! Had to put it off and walk out the movie. And this all happend after i was bragging about how cool my phone is...

She said i should read the manual XD.

hahaha that's a funny story dude!! Sooo annoying isn't it? I can't believe phone makers allow this to happen even when the phone is on silent!! The whole point of silent is no damn noise so you can use it in class, church, the movies, etc. 

Good choice disregarding the european version of the SGS2...the wifi issue is a deal breaker imo (as amazing as the phone is otherwise).

If the sony arc is in your price range then maybe you should get that?

Haha yeah man the screen is awesome, the camera is great, and it's pretty darn fast.
