It will be The Last of us for sure if it releases this year.
Otherwise between Resident Evil 6, The Witcher 2. Metro or Mass Effect 3
1. The Last of Us
2. Grand Theft Auto 5
3. The Last Guardian
4. Resident Evil 6
5. Final Fantasy XIII-2 (depending on the world design and art, could be higher once I've played it.)
I'd say both RE6 and ME3 have a good chance as well, too be honest the outdated TLG trailers are just that, outdated.
So I'll reserve judgment on the graphics of TLG untill we get a trailer with footage from a 2012 build of the game.
You mentioned FFXIII-2, which means we are apparently excluding PC?
Most likely, Nintendo's big Wii U Christmas game, or maybe a 3rd party Wii U game.
My bet is on The Last of Us ! ND always delivers.

Damn, if that's the case you can pretty much cross that one off the list...I was hoping they would improve the visuals by a pretty big amount like they did between ME and ME2.
Based solely on the pictures posted (because I really don't keep up with what upcoming games have good graphics) it would seem Metro or GTA V. Possibly Last of Us but it's really hard to tell from those pictures what it might actually look like in gameplay. (I don't wanna hear about them being gameplay pictures or anything, I doubt I would spend most of my time taking in the view or staring at faces)
