I doubt it will come out this year, but I am pretty sure it will come out in Spring 2013 in time for the next gen pokemon! (or 3rd gen remake!)

Anyways, that is strange...playing with a circle pad that is under the system o.o, guess I'll get used to it eventually lol.


Loll'd, the Circle Pad itself is not under the system. ;P The block it is attached to is under the 3DS, but the circle pad itself will be to the right of the d-pad.

I think that sounds like around the right time. It does always seem that the remake of a console has a Pokemon game launch along side it.

Well Iwata has said that they have learner there lessons on how to launch a new system. So if that is true, they will have plenty of launch games with some must haves, Internet, dlc, and a reasonable price. If they really did learn anything. Then they have to expect quality games from third parties and they need to court third parties and get them to come. Finally no more game droughts! Plus I think I saw some recent news saying it would be ready.


You are right in everything. I just didn`t agree with the person who wrote that article.
Of all things, i would be really surprised if Nintendo Network wasn`t available from the get go.

3DS already has 200 games in development and i`m pretty sure some of those unnounced games will be versions of console games.
Wii U on the other hand already has more core games announced than Wii probably had most of it`s life... and Wii U isn`t even out yet. Because of that i feel more at ease regarding 3rd parties. I think this time Wii U will have good 3rd party support if not a great one!
The casual games, given the Wii U pad, are garanteed! Which actually bodes well for Nintendo!

This year I'm gonna focus on getting a Wii-U hopefully at launch and a PSVita sometime in Summer ;x

Don't buy the PSV unless it actually has some good games. If the sales aren't good in America then don't pick it up at all because then companies won't want to develop for it. Just warning you. Also get a 3DS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
