You just made a fool of yourself
Ever since the 3.5 firmware psp has OFFICIALLY surpassed the ps2 in processing speed. Also now with 64mb of ram as opposed to 32mb of ram, psp is actually slightly more powerful than the ps2, and CAN produce better graphics than the ps2. |
You really have no clue what you're talking about.
For starters, no shit the CPU is faster in clock than the PS2, but since when did pure clock translate to better performance? Oh, and that 64mb of RAM is only used to speed up loading times with the Slim - if it actually improved the graphics then those games wouldn't work on the 20mil+ "phats".... Ooops...
The reason why some PSP games look better than PS2 games is resolution. Most PS2 titles render in a far higher resolution than PSP games, and the more resolution you have the more power you need. Theoretically the PS2 could produce better looking games than the PSP if it were to render at the same resolution as the PSP, but I'll let you keep pretending that you know something about hardware.
