Microsoft has been oddly silent regarding Halo 4 in recent months. After the initial reveal trailer shown at E3 little was revealed about the game aside from some small tidbits & concept art shown during the HaloFest celebration at PAX Prime last September. We'll be getting some brand new details surrounding Halo 4 at the upcoming Toy Fair in London England, of all places.
We're not expecting MS to reveal any gameplay footage or details at the fair. Instead new character and vehicle designs will be unveiled by various toy manufacturers. In a teaser image revealed by Microsoft a silhouette of the Warthog is shown against a soft blue & black background.
Could this mark the beginning of an expanded advertising or press campaign? We sure hope so and there is precedent too. The first hands on demos of Halo 3 were shown to select press during the spring of 2007. Let's hope Microsoft and 343 industries choose to repeat this with Halo 4.
