Well they pronounced it "Gi-yas" in the anime but I remember it was spelled nothing like it sounded. So I shot from the hip with the spelling :D

Hating Lelouch is nothing special, he is a genius but an asshole, so why should I bother liking him?

I don't understand you people. You can't give a true opinion of Lelouch if you haven't seen all of R2. Besides that, if you hate Lelouch, then Lelouch wins.

To bring to other discussions, I watched Guilty Crown and Nisemonogatari. Nise is taking a while to get the actual arc plot but it's finally here. Still really good.

Guilty Crown took a bit of an interesting turn. Shu is continued to become more reflective of the previous leader and a rightful person to bear the name of the show.

The ending was so fricken random especially the last part where the show a character hidden under the hay. XD

Are you sure you watched the same show? I really question how anyone can think the ending was random considering we knew what was going to happen for several episodes. I personally thought it was brilliant and Lelouch is, without question, my favorite anime or video game (can't commit right now, but he's like top 2 or 3) character of all time.

It was random but I do agree it was brilliant and Original, maybe my Suzaku fanboyism is getting to me ;(

Edit: I meant the last part, not the part where he got stabbed xD!

But ya I agree he is one of the best characters, in the same league as Light from Death Note *-*!

Waiting for the 'random' part. Everything was deliberate. It was all for Zero's Requiem.

The part where they hinted he might be alive was random.

I think that should be spoiler texted, but whatever. And thousands of anime have open-ended endings where you can make of it what you will.
