Forums - Sony - Sony says to the folks who made Little Deviants "thanks for the game, now get lost!!112"

heh...you know, jokes tend to lose their funnies when you have to explain them.
When some people sometimes use exclamation marks on the internet, they sometimes type "!!!!111!!11!" by accident or other variations, adding other numbers is an attempt at mockery of this....heh ¬_¬

So I guess we will see more Sony is doomed threads thanks T.C not helping the situation
Any way I think it sucks for the workers but, in the end business is business.

Sounds like a simple reallocation of sources. Not really uncommon, move the best people to help out on other projects, and keep just enough people around at a studio between projects to brainstorm new projects.

Stop hate, let others live the life they were given. Everyone has their problems, and no one should have to feel ashamed for the way they were born. Be proud of who you are, encourage others to be proud of themselves. Learn, research, absorb everything around you. Nothing is meaningless, a purpose is placed on everything no matter how you perceive it. Discover how to love, and share that love with everything that you encounter. Help make existence a beautiful thing.

Not that surprising. They did pretty well with Pursuit Force 1/2, but in the five years since they've only released MotorStorm for PSP and Little Deviants, the latter of which still isn't actually out.

If Pursuit Force had done better, they may have been kept around to bring the franchise to Vita, but in the end they were a tiny studio taking too long to make unremarkable games.

Though I suppose it's somewhat disappointing, given they were one of only 2-3 Western Sony studios that were taking handheld development seriously.

Well sad because people lost work - but can anyone honestly say this is big lose for Sony or gamers ? Hopefully those resources will be allocated to projects which promise better ROI.

Yeah...cuz you know, I'm the first ever person to post a studio closure thread.

2ndly, It's not like I made this up or anything, if I hadn't posted it, NSanity would have probably done it so...go eat a lemon ¬_¬

Yah u keep talking in stupid codes.. 112.

Anyways, this is sad, but if they are not doing anything, might as well combine them to do something else. THey need to go out and buy some better studios such as RPG studios..those game always sell well regardless of generation of console...

Oh well. BigBig wasn't a good purchase to begin with. Nothing they made was good or even decent. Now Sony needs to buy out Ready At Dawn Studios. That is a small dev studio that has done nothing but produce astounding games.

I played Little Deviants and the developers won't be missed.
