The emulators themselves are considered homebrew
Too bad everything runs in PSP code and not in native Vita code. Fluent N64 emu ain't possible with this.

I certainly like the idea of running tons of games like that though versus only having a cell phone with stuff like angry birds.

Didn't Sony take huge steps to prevent this from happening? I mean, I understand you can't EVER beat pirates, but this...was fast.
