That pic is just a mock-up, there isn't a prototype yet. That was abandoned by Logitech. But I'd imagine that it would look something like that.
i saw a link yesterday about the psp becoming a phone too. a very interesting direction for sony.

Yeah, a future firmware update will open up skype on the PSP (End of this month)
