If you dont already know as well as the actual game resistance 3 is accompanied by an online game "global resistance" By playing global resistance you can fight as either the chimera or humans to secure countries and try to take over the world. As well as being a fun game to pass the time while on the pc, at work, on the train etc etc it also connects with your PSN account and facebook account should you wish. Both games compliment eachother as achievements reached on global resistance will earn rewards on R3 (including malikovs skin) and vise versa. The game also has an online forum, links and other cool features. This game is awesome because its absolutely free, fun and rewarding and id like to share the news with all those who dont know. Good luck getting 10,000 kills in Resistance 2, I can barely find any ranked games let alone enough to get 10,000 kills.

I actually played the global R game - before and after I got R3. It is a cool little game but once you finish upgrading all your building it gets a little boring. Plus the skirmish system is pretty slow and irritating. On the other hand, the rewards ranging from XP in R3's MP, to skins is pretty cool and the interconnectedness of the stats for the MP, Global R and Trophies is pretty good too.
