I expect the person who compiled the list was a different person to the one who reviewed the game and that he had a higher opinion of it.
Actually I think this list is pretty good ... they omited some great PSP titles , but I guess its the same sittuation with the DS ... one of the batter comparisons Ive seen lately ...
Vote the Mayor for Mayor!
I couldn't find myself playing many DS titles and enjoying it too much , but the same can be said for those who don't enjoy the PSP.
Each targets it's own audience well , however the versatility of the PSP may be it's downfall as well as it's U.S.P.
