The game got delayed because of FF14. They needed help from the Vslll team. Then again because of FF Type 0. By looking at FF Xlll-2 there maybe similar elements used in FFvsVlll (game-play wise).

Lol, exactly. Wish other SE teams would get their shit together so Nomura and his team could actually get the game done. Also, after waiting for Duke Nukem Forever, this doesn't even seem like a long time.
