Its this kind of thing that makes me wonder why this site even bothers with the Japanese preview, they predicted over 700,000 for XIII-2 and it did 520,000.

Why dont they just have the sense to wait for the media create numbers then embarrass themselves with such inaccuracy?

Because it's a preview. It's samples from one store to give a guide on how early numbers will roughly pan out.

Its pointless, not only is it very inaccurate you have the proper numbers just a couple days later. I could be more accurate than the numbers in that preview.

Actually it gains a lot of a attraction, gees you're a negative guy arnt you? Hurry up and get yourself banned again

So its basically an attention article? may work but its this kind of thing why this site has such a bad reputation. Even if i got banned i can always come back.

No? A lot of people enjoy reading it and far be it from me to defend source but he does well number wise on the data he gets. You can't come back when you're permabanned

But not well enough, if there were no media create numbers then its fine, but when you have a preview then a couple of days later you have something offical and makes the preview look like the work of an amateur its pointless.

Course i could come back, id just sign up again.

Well,I don't think anyone tries to spin it.That's a terrible first week,no questions asked.Goes to show just how much things have changed in Japan over the past few years.

Sure, some things have changed in Japan, but I think it's more that people learnt buying a game just on it's name alone is a stupid idea.

We dont really know what software sales are and never will, with Memory cards being Mandatory and all software being available on PSN and for a lower RRP, and not all software being available in shops. 

We just dont have anything like a complete picuture of software sales, and i expect it will only get worse as more people start to buy from PSN.

It's not pointless if it gains a fair amount of interest from number nuts here that want early indications.

And no, you can't sign up again once you're ip banned.

But they want accurate numbers not made up ones.

It's a preview, what part of that don't you get. It's not meant to be solid numbers, that's why they're early ...

lol yes it does.

Its a highly inaccurate preview thats followed by proper numbers the next day, out of the three, theres only previews for Japan it also happens to be the only one who gets official weekly numbers. If anything there should be previews for the other two.

And this site definitley does not have IP banning, i would know that more than most users here or theres no way i would be posting this right now.
