So MGS 5 isn't PS3 exclusive? Is it coming to PC or PS Vita or heck even 360? Someone answer this for me.

These are pictures from Project Ogre.  It's not necessarily Metal Gear related, though I suppose at this point that's hardly a leap to make.  Speculation is that it may be a Metal Gear remake, which is why he tried to be so secretive.

And I know PS3 and Vita have been confirmed, and I *think* 360 and PC have been as well.

And if you click the screens, it's quite clear they were taken by a camera off of a monitor. Doesn't excuse the shitty textures, though. It's a far cry away form the Fox Engine demo they did at E3:
