It looks unreal, almost like CGI, I never would have thought that lights would be so bright, look at that lightning too!

On the human side of things the Nile valley is pretty impressive too, a liquid strip of light from the South to the North of Egypt

If you mean the thing you see at 3.45 and then again later on, I don't think that is the Great Wall of China... if you follow the patterns of the coast it seems to be in Northern India (when you see it at 4.36 you then follow the West Indan Coast and fade out over Sri Lanka)

Ah, wow, it's (the orange line seen at 3.45 and 4.36) apparently the border between India and Pakistan.

Also @brendude... the lights are atrificially brighter than they will really be, because the video is made from still images, each with a 1 second exposure so it lets in more light. (a typical digital camera default is generally about 1/60th of a second for exposure)
