Jut trying the MSN app. My wife is watching the Xfactor MSN UK exclusive.
I have to say, Microsoft have outdone themselves with this Dash update and metro apps.

My 360 is on more than any other device in my home now.
I know We have been saying it for some time now,but apps were the way for. So glad they didnt put time into a browser app.

Ok, I was completely unaware that MSN showed full TV shows. Amazing. And its all free.

Also UPDATE:

UK:

4 On Demand is due December.
5 On Demand is due December.

Keep going M$ and ill cut off my cable provider.

All I need is Live F1. Now to contact Sky to see the cheapestt price for Sky F1 channell through 360 app.

Youtube is gimped(it's more like m.youtube.com instead of the full site), SyFy is full of crappy little 2min clips, MSNBC doesn't appeal to me, blinkbox won't allow you to purchase in-app(you need to use a pc), MSN has bottom and the young ones :), Muzu is pretty good, lovefilm is good, iheart radio looks OK and dailymotion is good but searching it is shit.

A fairly good start but they need to improve certain things.

Edit: TMZ looks alright if you care about celebrity stuff.

@selnor The cheapest F1 package will be £15 basic + £10 sports, minimum, poss even more. Fuck sky and the bbc and F1.

SyFy is crap. They don't have any full shows from what I'm aware of. Everything else is pretty good.

The Youtube has found every single video available in my checks against the internt version. Also I have my own Youtube account active on the Youtube app, all my subscription  stuff and everything. It is not gimped.

As I use kinect searching is amazing.Better than mouse and keyboard.

Next year I am gona get rid of my Laptop and get a widows 8 tablet. For any remaining needs like VGC. I really only use m laptop for VGC and M$ Office.

Hell  even use WP7 to transport my M$Office stuff to my work PC.

I  use apps for all news, Youtube, game reviews well eveything.

I find Internet pages stuffed with BS I dont need.

Out of my fav'd videos only 7 are there on my xbox, there are no films(free or otherwise), a lot of music videos are missing. Not killer issues, but still disappointing.

I think you have lost me a little.

Is the 7 videos referenced to Youtube? I can acess all 193 of mine!!??

As for films I have access to over 12,000 movies on my 360. 1800 Plus in HD. Lovefilm + Zune.

I now wont buy any games unless I collect them. IE M$ exclusives.  Thanks to unlimited time with games sent from Lovefilm.

Music Videos, Ive never tried. I have yearly Zune pass for music across 3 platforms. Cheaper than any other music offeering. £90/ year covers any amount of music download on my phone ( WP7 ) with any album ever released. Stream on 360 through my sound system in my home controled via my phone in another room. Or use on PC. No other provider offers me that price. For anywere music and unlimited.

I have a pretty full entertaiment package.

Just found Top Gear series on MSN.

MSN is awesome. Its free and loads of classic TV series. Just watched Derron Brown Messiah.

They need a Pandora app.
