AFAIK, Activision has no right to lock out your complete console or PSN account. They can ban you from all their current and future games, though. And they can submit Sony the cheater and they ban the user then.

if he was a chaeter, nice! man i'm playing battlefield for pc atm and i have the feeling every second is cheating. this is so ridiculous! i hope the situation for this game will be better soon as well.

Buying six PS3's and six copies of MW3 is more than a little bit pathetic, I'd say one copy is pushing it.

A permaban for boosting is extremely harsh, I think they need to concentrate on other things, like glitchers and TK'ers.

I'm not one for boosting, hate it, bores the shit out of me, but you only have to look at the trophy & achievement leagues on this very site to see people asking for boosting, if it doesn't really affect my enjoyment I couldn't give a toss, still sad though.
