Forums - Nintendo - I think I have WiiU fever :( +WiiU shoUld inclUde a Wii-Mote + nUn-chUck!

I haven’t been able to stop thinking about WiiU now for a couple of days. Well actually right after I beat Zelda SS I have just been thinking about how the next Zelda and other games will be on WiiU!

Watched the E3 press conference three days ago and the one game that caught my attention again not counting Zelda of course, was Aliens and how that could be played on WiiU.

Now the game as I have read has been in development for a long time now and by a good developer as well so I have no doubt that this will be an awesome game! And mostly awesome on WiiU because of the controller and of course if it uses it right but I have no doubt about the developer when it comes to how they will use it.

Metroid is one game that could be even more amazing on WiiU! Now this game could use the Wiimote + nun-chuck to be played like it was done on Wii but this time you have the U-controller too scan things, map, take notes, solve puzzles or whatever they choose too add on it. This might be the first game that uses both Wiimote and U-pad at the same time (if the other FPS games coming for it do not) but it wouldn’t be hard for developers to just let people use the sticks to move around. I think it shoUld be a standard feature to be able to move around with either of them.

I think that WiiU should come packed with both the U-pad and a Wiimote + nun chuck.

Actually I bet my left testicle that it will come with both options to show of just how the controls can be used together as well as separately to insure that everybody that buys WiiU will have both control styles.

Now I can talk about more games but I wanted to keep it short. so what do U guys think?

The capitalization of every U made my eyes twitch, my brain hurt, and made it impossible to actually read through your post.

But yes, I am looking forward to the Wii U as well and I can't wait to see how they incorporate games with their new controller. The new Zelda has to control with the WM+, though. After finishing Skyward Sword, I can never have a new Zelda game without those kinds of sword and item controls. It was amazing.

haha lol will change that then :P  Edit: done!

Yeah I feel the same way about Zelda. Aunuma has stated that he will use both of them in the next Zelda and as I wrote in the OP games could use both of them at the same time making the U-pad as a device like in real life to scan thing, take notes etc.

That’s also why I think they should have the Wiimote in the box right from the start to make sure everybody has both.

I couldn't read your entire post due to the U's

Anyway, yes, WiiU should have an interesting launch. I'm personally anticipating Nintendo's E3 Conference next year the most since they plan to re-unveil the console. Here's hoping they rename it.

Renaming it won’t happen just like how it was for Wii

Besides it has a meaning to it :P

I haven't gotten there yet.

Why? It will be outdated, is not as powerful as a X360 and will not compete with PS4/720. It has the same franchises since 25 years ago, and every game (even Mario) is just a rehash of Ocarina of Time.

Did you look at the 3rd party games at E3? Looks worse than PS360! The controller looks uncomfortable, no matter if people at E3 said otherwise, didn't have clickable sticks and are that circle pads?!

Also, you can play with a PS3+Vita in the same way like the WiiU.

They only show Wii Sports 348356 and Wii Fit 738758. Are you casual?

Did I cover everything? anything I miss? .

Predictions for Nintendo NX and Mobile

Since they said they´ll re-unveil the system next year, I wonder what they´re changing (they could start with the name).

Also, the SNES was the last Nintendo system that had a new Mario game at launch (I´m talking brand new, not ports and/or remakes)..that was like, two decades ago...bring that back.
